Refund policy

You may return most new, undamaged items purchased through our online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service directly for further assistance by emailing customerservice@gamedayproducts.com.

We are unable to offer free returns at this time. 

Refund Processing Timeframe

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, it is likely you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Exclusions

  • Any product that has been altered cannot be returned. 
  • Closeout or Clearance items purchased at a retail store are non-returnable.
  • Items purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from within that retailer’s return or exchange time frame. 
  • Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

Please contact customer service (customerservice@gamedayproducts.com) for exchange inquiries. Exchanges are handled on an individual basis and are subject to being declined. If accepted, customer’s item must be returned and inspected prior to the exchanged item being shipped. All shipping fees are charged to the customer.
